Hi, I am a Certified Personal and Professional Life and Success Coach. I have dedicated most of my adult life to helping others to succeed. I am a native Chicagoan who discovered at an early age my calling as a leader, and my ability and desire to help others to achieve their goals. I consistently volunteered and was a member of the Chicago-land Chamber of Commerce Youth Motivation Program.

Upon graduation from high school I joined the Marine Corps. During my decorated career I further realized my responsibility while serving as Administrative Officer, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and Recruiting Office Manager during my last 21 years of service. Managing multiple recruiting offices throughout northern and southern California helping young men and women with life decisions and military goals.

In 1997, I retired from the Marines, completed my MBA and continued my professional career within the education industry. I have held numerous prestigous positions ranging from Campus Director, Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions just to name a few. In each of these positions, I have used my special skills and abilities with people to directly impact their lives.

I have an established reputation as a visionary with special focus on program developement and training for individual enhancement and I am dedicated to helping individuals live their own reality. Friends, colleagues and clients universally refer to me as insightful, powerful and compassionate. It is these sets of personal characteristics combined with my educational background, training and experiences that make me a "natural" as a life coach. I am best known as an education management professional, education consultant, advisor, leader and personal coach. I am especially gifted in addressing the issues and concerns relevant to motivating people to transcend mediocrity and aspire to greatness.

I am constant with my desire to better myself and the lives of others. Through my diverse experiences I understand that life will have challenges. However, I also understand that one must prepare himself/herself to overcome life challenges to achieve goals. My approach to coaching is designed to explore avenues for personal growth and professional development. I establish environments that induce shifts in thinking by asking questions that raise awareness that focuses on goal alignment that produces quantifiable returns. I believe that when you focus on the correct process you will attract the correct results. I am adept at introducing and implementing new ideas, concepts and possess excellent human relations skills.

I have a passion for preparing today's youth for success through life and education coaching. I also have a desire to assist servicemen and women transitioning from their military career to a productive life after service. My goal is help as many as I can, regardless of age, profession or current position in life, to achieve their goals and to live a prosperous fulfilling life.

Realization of my strengths and weaknesses is the essential quality that has driven my coaching practice to success! Michael, Kobe and Labron didn't achieve their level of success alone! Each have or had a coach helping, leading, listening and guiding them through and to their goal attainment.
